Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Customized, damaged through misuse, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible unless defective or received incorrectly. Refunds are processed after inspection and are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
